We’re women-owned and proudly independent. Born from a love of travel, design, and storytelling, Jaunt Journals was founded to offer something different. We create journals you’ll want to display, revisit, and share.
Rachel is a photographer and creative entrepreneur with a passion for storytelling, locals, and travel—alongside a deep love for beautiful objects, vintage finds, and interior design. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, she began her career photographing weddings before moving to Paris to study photography at the Paris College of Art. Now based in the south of France and fluent in French, she has spent the past nine years building a life and creative practice between California and France. Film photography sits at the center of her work.

Kathryn is a creative director, photographer, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography, grounding her work in a strong visual and conceptual foundation. With a career spanning brand development, storytelling, and design, she brings a refined yet intuitive approach to creative leadership. Her work bridges art and commerce, shaping thoughtful, visually driven projects across fashion and creative ventures.
