Kathryn Sagaz // editor

Rachel and Kathryn bring a unique blend of creativity and expertise, united by their shared passion for beautiful, functional design—and their friendship. Rachel, a Santa Barbara native with a background in photography, has an eye for styling and home décor, inspired by her extensive travels and love for vintage finds. Kathryn, who grew up in both Santa Barbara and New York, combines her fashion and retail background with a love for people and sales. She currently resides in Ojai, California.

What began as a fun idea has grown into our passion project, Jaunt Journals, reflecting our shared love for creating new things, as well as our vision of beauty, practicality, and the importance of personal connection.
